9th Annual AFS Summer Development Program (8 Sessions,June – August, 2017)
The Asian Financial Society cordially invites you to attend the AFS Summer Professional Development Sessions 2017.
As part of Asian Financial Society’s tradition, we will launch our ninth year summer enrichment program in June. This program consists of eight sessions, mainly to help young professionals gain a better understanding of Wall Street, broaden their horizons and create a platform for them to network and advance their careers. It’s been very successful in the past 8 years, with increasing attendance and market recognition.
Founded in 1984, AFS is a globally oriented non-profit organization of business people and professionals in the financial community, sharing common professional, educational and philanthropic interests. AFS draws its membership from the many fields of finance including international trade and finance, commercial banking, investment banking, securities research and trading, insurance, law, real estate, taxation, regulation, accounting, information services, fintech and entrepreneurship.
AFS sponsors RisingStar mentoring program, Educational programs, Professional and Career Development programs, Special Interest Groups, and other networking events. AFS seeks to promote the advancement of individuals by helping them examine and locate situations for personal and professional growth, while opening doors to new business opportunities.
