全球资产配置峰会纽约落幕:“中国模式输出”全球套利

  10月20日,全球资产配置峰会暨海投全球(纽约)四周年年会在纽约Fordham University Lincoln Center Campus成功举行。本次峰会由海投全球主办,亚洲金融协会(Asian Financial Society)、清华经管美东校友会等协办。峰会汇集了海投全球的众多合作伙伴,美国顶级的金融服务机构如JPMorgan Chase & Co, Morgan Stanley,大型银行机构如Bank of America, Bank of China和Citi Group等,以及纽约地区财富资产管理公司、基金、保险、律所、税务、留学、置业等领域的行业大咖及业界精英人士。 本次峰会邀请了21位来自海投证券、Morgan Creek、Tigress Financial Partners、Carloha、中国工商银行(美国)、复友资本、Phase Capital、Palm Drive Ventures、锦晖律所等十余家在纽约的领先银行机构、资产管理、法律税务机构的嘉宾,共同就全球资产配置、全球财富管理、区块链、全球投资产品及海外高端服务五大主题与到场的近200名听众分享了当前市场动态及最新前沿信息。 随着中国投资人财富全球均衡化配置的加强,全球层面的投资策略选择、行业研究与信息技术的利用等对中国高净值人群和金融机构的投资决策都产生了直接或间接的影响。在此背景下,海投证券总裁Robert Rubin首先进行了题为“Global Asset Allocation & Management”(全球资产配置与管理)的主题演讲,对美国并购业务市场进行了简要介绍并对中美间并购业务近年来的趋势和影响因素等进行了分析。 随后,Robert Rubin与Morgan Creek的资深董事总经理Michael Forstl、Tigress Financial Partners的创始人Cynthia Dibartolo及Phase Capital的CIO Michael Zhu分别给出了针对全球投资的个人建议。Michael Forstl表示应注意投资的多样性,投资组合中应包含另类资产,并且兼顾成熟市场与具有年轻消费群体的新兴市场,包括中国、印度及非洲地区;Cynthia认为目前离岸基金的投资前景很广阔,但是投资需要咨询有经验、有资质的专业人士和机构以更好地了解并降低投资过程中的风险;Michael Zhu分析了美国高利率对全球市场的潜在影响,建议投资人更多关注5G科技与其他高科技行业。 本次峰会的第二个议题是全球财富管理。着眼于高净值客户,海投全球CEO Jerry Wang发表了“家族基金世代传承”的主题演讲,从家族基金的历史、主要管理模式与投资方式等方面,结合国际知名家族基金案例,深入浅出地分析了家族基金的投资模式。中国的十亿以上高净值客户数量很快会超过欧美,然而在有着“富不过三代”魔咒的中国,家族基金仍处于前期摸索阶段,联合家族基金将成为中国高净值客户的首选。海投世承联合家族基金,是海投全球在创业之初的主业务方向之一,采用大学基金的全球资产配置模式,为中国高净值客户提供全方位的家族基金投资与资产管理服务。 专题讨论环节中,来自不同背景的几位嘉宾首先表达了对美国市场合规问题的重视。工银美国资深副总经理Jennifer Ni和大家分享了工银美国在美国的愿景是依靠工行大集团资源,本着透明合规的原则,把资源用在解决跨境公司和人士独特的市场需求上,做到既接美国地气又有中国情结。 Faith Asset MGMT的合伙人Jiangang Luo以全球并购、中国控制资本外流、中美贸易战的宏观环境为背景,分享了他对投资机会与风险的理解。Jiangang认为民间投资并没有减少,消费行业仍有很多投资机会,然而在现在中美关系紧张的局势下,投资人需要谨慎对待半导体和AI等当前敏感行业。此外,投资人需要严格注意美国税务的相关问题。 复友资本的创始合伙人Abner Qu身为复旦企业家校友,从国内中小企业创业者的角度谈了自己的体会
